Bactria

Life with no owners,
True loners,
Shattered to screams inside.
No resolution for the wonton heart;
Excruciating,
-Love cried-

Each thoroughly unhappy
In Corporate Ethica,
Their land of Bactria
Bodies the dogs ate,
Love like Vesis torn apart,
The world like Alexandria the Great

Hope, their only treasure
Hidden in their abyss,
Two feeling the same
The pain may contentment tame.

Anguish creeps,
The heart weeps,
Union- profound
Sublime-in her thoughts

They adore, endure
Persist.

The bond that exists
Tragic beauty brought to each
Inner being, burning embers-Elysium
Beseech
Bodies quiver
Holding each other as they shiver
